1. General

All products listed on JBSuits.pk are for standard-size blazers and suiting fabrics available in Pakistan.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any product or service without prior notice.

2. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Order confirmation will be sent via email or phone within 1–2 business days.

We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of incorrect pricing, stock issues, or other unavoidable circumstances.

3. Payment

Payments can be made via online payment gateways or Cash on Delivery (COD) within Pakistan.

By placing an order, you confirm that the payment method used is valid and authorized.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–5 business days.

Delivery is only made to physical addresses; P.O. Boxes are not accepted.

Customers must provide accurate shipping information; JBSuits.pk is not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags.

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds are issued only after verifying that the returned product meets the return conditions.

6. Product Information

We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions, images, and prices.

Slight variations in color, fabric texture, or sizing may occur due to screen displays or material differences and are not considered defects.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on JBSuits.pk, including images, logos, and text, is owned by JBSuits.pk and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

JBSuits.pk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the purchased product.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled as per our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Any disputes arising from orders or website usage will be subject to Karachi courts’ jurisdiction.
