Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.

Condition for Returns:

Products must be in original condition, unused, and with original packaging and tags.

Products that are damaged due to customer misuse cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Products:

If the product received is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. A replacement will be arranged promptly.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed after verifying the returned product meets our return conditions.

Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used during purchase.

Cancellation of Orders:

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours free of charge.

Orders canceled after 24 hours may be subject to a handling fee.
