Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation & Processing:

Orders are confirmed within 1–2 business days.
After confirmation, order processing takes 1–3 business days.

Delivery Time:

Once processed, orders are delivered within 2–5 business days across Pakistan.

Tracking & Delivery:

You will be notified via email or phone once your order is ready for dispatch.

If you are not available at the time of delivery, you can leave a note for a neighbor to receive the package on your behalf.

Delivery is only made to physical addresses, P.O. Boxes are not accepted.

Delayed Delivery:

In case your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, contact us via email or phone and we will assist you promptly to resolve the issue.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

COD is available across Pakistan for your convenience.
